The AIR range includes the AIR-55, AIR-90, and AIR-130 Elite models, each engineered and manufactured in-house at our UK facility to the highest standards.

The AIR range reflects our commitment to combining innovation with practical functionality for drivers. Each light bar features a patent-pending injection-moulded monocoque lens and integrated white & amber position lights (UNECE Reg 148 compliant). These features not only enhance visibility and safety, but also add a stylish bold element that elevates the overall aesthetics of any vehicle. in 2025 we are planning to further Air's functionality by introducing variants of the lamps with intergrated beacon functions, inspired by the great success of our Triple-R 1000 beacon light within the heavy truck and commercial vehicle sector.

The AIR light bars incorporate ultra-reflective, vacuum-metallised optics, which have been specifically engineered to optimise beam performance for high-mounted positions. This makes them an ideal solution for heavy trucks and commercial vehicles, where visibility and safety is paramount. To further enhance the installation, we’ve developed a new Centre Mount system which allows for a sleek, low-profile fit to the bar.

  • AIR-55: Delivers 6,800 raw lumens with a 1 lux reach of 400m. This model is perfect for drivers seeking primarily an aesthetic enhancement with reliable performance, at a competitive price.
  • AIR-90: Offers 9,160 raw lumens with a 1 lux reach of 574m, matching the outstanding performance of our market-leading Triple-R 1000. A versatile choice for a range of different applications.
  • AIR-130 Elite: With an impressive 12,500 raw lumens and a 1 lux reach of 592m, the AIR-130 Elite stands at the pinnacle of the range. Its stealth black PCB design, coupled with outstanding lighting performance, makes it the premium choice for those demanding the very best in high performance lighting.

Can AIR LED light bars be used on public roads?

Yes, AIR-55 is road legal - AIR-90 & AIR-130 ELITE feature a Low Output / E-Mark Mode that complies with UNECE Regulation 149, ensuring road-legal use.

How do I switch between High & Low Output modes on AIR-90 & AIR-130 ELITE?

Through the use of a boost cap. Whilst the boost cap is in, the light operates at high output, upon removal  the light then operates at low output.

Does AIR come with a warranty?                                                     

Yes, all AIR LED light bars are backed by a comprehensive 5-year warranty.
